Fishing on Guntersville this week has been really good and really consistent. Most of the fish are still being caught on red traps and squarebills with the occasional fish being caught on chatterbaits. Most of my fish were caught on the main lake, over eel grass in 6-8 feet of water; however, a few of the better fish were in creeks in milfoil in 2-4 feet of water.

Water temperatures fell late last week, into the low 50s, but are once again starting to climb back up. This has a lot of the fish feeding aggressively.
